Graduate Training Programme

All Graduates embark upon our three year programme.

A personalised development plan is agreed with you which includes the necessary formal subject matter to attain the relevant professional qualifications as well as other more rounded matters about learning the Waldeck culture,  What is means to be of  service, customer experience,  communication skills, business and commercial skills, project management and technological advancement.

Work Experience & Summer Placements

Whether it is one-week work experience or a full summer placements or perhaps a year out in industry, we consider all sensible applications to provide students an insight in to our  industry,  our company, and its specialisms and disciplines.
