Our people

We are a strong team of multi-disciplinary Engineering Consultants with diverse skills and expertise but we all have the same core values. Waldeck staff have a very strong creative bias according to their psychometric profiles, surprise, surprise! But importantly, according to the tests, they do have the right credentials to see things through to a successful conclusion and are very well organised and structured in their approach. It is still good to have the science to back up what we probably already knew but we are individuals within this strong team and we are real people.
