At Waldeck we are committed to good practice, good business and good relationships. These awards and accreditations illustrate this. We are delighted to have been awarded a Gold Certificate for Customer Satisfaction in February 2010 which is based upon a recent BenchmarQ customer satisfaction survey. Both QMS Environment (14001) and Quality (9001) were also audited and passed in February 2010.

BREEAM

British Research Establishment Environmental Assessment method, is the leading and most widely used environmental assessment method for buildings. It sets the standard for best practice in sustainable design and has become the standard measure used to describe a building’s environmental performance.

British Precast Concrete Federation

Is the trade association of precast concrete manufacturers. The main aims of the Federation are to promote precast concrete in the construction market, to add value to its member companies.

Code for Sustainable Homes

The Code measures the sustainability of a new home against nine categories of sustainable design, It sets the standard for best practice in sustainable design and has become the standard measure used to describe a building’s environmental performance.

Constructionline

Directory of pre-qualified UK construction contractors and consultants. Owned and endorsed by the Department of Trade and Industry.

The Green Register

Is an independent, self-funded organisation whose principal goal is to promote sustainable building practices across all disciplines of the construction industry.

ISO9001

Internationally recognised standard for quality management systems, this had led to Waldeck Associates receiving a ‘Platinum Award’ for customer satisfaction one of only a few issued to Consultants this year.

Internationally recognised standard for an organisation’s Environmental Management System.
